What We Do

We draw on our personal experiences to understand the challenges we all face in prioritising our well-being and growth alongside achieving our goals.

Our emphasis on wellbeing has meant that we have been able to meet the needs of individuals who may feel a bit stuck or the needs of a business that requires support with employee wellbeing, team work and goal setting. Working with schools we have also been able to make an impact delivering our workshops focusing on the importance of resilience to both pupils and teachers.  Individual, team, business or education – we are able to help.

  • We will work with you to talk through the situation and identify the issues you face.

  • We will encourage practical tasking to help you solve any problems and establish coping strategies, for now and the future, as well as establishing momentum and motivation so you are able to keep going.

  • We will arrange a series of 121 coaching sessions for you that will enable you to build your resilience and maintain it.

121 coaching also enables us to work with you to establish clarity, allow progression as well as achievement of personal goals.

Our unique approach using our NLP Master Practitioner and Coaching qualifications has enabled us to successfully support a variety of businesses including Hadlow Community College, Teach First and private clients, to deliver the following to both groups and individuals:
